In Sufism, the root meaning of existence is ecstasy. There’s a thirst in every cell of our body. It is called ‘ishq (passion), the wine of love, and ‘ishq is a universal attraction. When every part regains its integrity, the wholeness of who you are connects with the richness that God / Divine Love has created. We need to be able to stay with the passion for the goal through all the unfulfillment.
