Gratitude - شكرًا - Shakur - Maashkur - Thanksgiving

Gratitude is the quality of being appreciative of someone and/or something. What is the practice of appreciation in your daily living?

The quality of being in thanksgiving is the medicine of pleasure. Shukar in Arabic means Sugar. When you give thanks daily, and welcome gratitude from the heart you can heal your wounded child.

Softness and Sweetness - Yaa Lateef - يا لطيف

The space in between worlds is a unique space to tap into. The concept of Lateef and Lateefah in Arabic brings the most gentle and subtle energy. This world is like a whisper motion of tenderness. It is so soft that it can be fragile. This tender heart can welcome miracles in our life when we are ready to receive something from the realm of the unknown.

Do not hate anything - لا تكرهوا شيئا - La Tukarihuu Shayyan

Do not ever hate anything, because that which you hate might be the best thing that could ever happen to you. So whatever comes your welcome it with open arms.

Healing The Inner Child -
سلام عليا ياولدي - Salam Ealya Yawuldi

Wishing and blessing a person, a child, and yourself for well-being. Say a blessing to the inner state, and to the child-like within you. Even to the childish part of you, that doesn’t fit in this world or the rebellious side of you that did not fit in growing up. To that part within you that feels like a disease or dissonant or disharmony. And any disconnected part of you. Bless that part with peace.

Passion - Ishq - عشق

Come to the truth with passion. Whatever you do comes with devotion to your design. Into your temple body. You become super alive, super awake, and uplifted. And so whenever you speak your truth, love is there. It goes hand in hand. Whatever makes you rejoice in your life that is where your passion is. Becoming closer and more intimate with the One Love, the Divine, Allah.

Come To Prayer - حي على صلاة - Haya Al Salah!

The act of salah involves performing a specific sequence of movements, including standing, bowing, prostrating, and sitting, while reciting certain verses from the Quran in Arabic. The prayer is performed while facing the Kaaba in Mecca, which is the most sacred site of our deen. Performing salah at the same time as other Muslims all around the world helps create a sense of unity and community among believers. Salah also helps to develop a sense of discipline and mindfulness in one’s daily life. The beauty of salah is that it bridges the gap between Islam being a theoretical practice and Islam being a daily way of life.

The Goodness Of This World - طيب القلب

The goodness in the heart. The goods in this world. All the deeds that are performed through you in life. This vibration comes from a very deep place of amazing qualities in people.

From the wealth of wisdom and knowledge, we grow our goodness. Especially, native consciousness, and the people’s medicine of the earth. The focus is on finding the goodness in others regardless of the story we tell ourselves.

You Belong! - Say God is One - قوله الله أحد - Qawluh Allah 'Ahad

All interactions in life are Love. All expressions carry the qualities of Love. Whether we see the deepest, hidden messages that communicate Love to us. It is how we interpret all these messages that make a huge difference.  In this oneness, we experience that everything is interconnected. Everything is inclouded. And everything can have that expression of the One.

The Exstreme Loving Caring Presence of The Divine - الرحمن - Alrahman

The womb consciousness of the Divine energy. Rahman is the 2nd name of Allah in the Sufi tradition and one of the 99 names of Allah, calling to have an experience of being in the womb of a mother. May you welcome the state of being in the womb of a mother. That state is a blissful state. The state of being completely taken care of by greater energy. Being loved and taken care of in a way we can not truly understand. What is the role of a mother:

  • Nourish us
  • Nurture us
  • Care for us

Keep us protected and give unconditional love.

  • How do you reach that state by giving thanks?
  • What would that do to your state of mind?
  • How would that shift your energy?

Lover of Time - Yaa Habib -
- يا حبيب

Calling in the Lover of life. Calling in the Lover as life. Whatever your song is… Allow that breath to take a journey with the song in your heart. No matter how you say it. No matter how you sing it. Calling the Lover! And you be the Lover of time. In this time, in this moment, and in this present. In every moment you can open that heart space and call in the energy of love to:

  • Accompany you
  • Walk with you
  • Be in you
